Mr. Adisorn Charanachitta, former Executive Chairman of Italthai Industrial Co., Ltd and many subsidiaries under Italthai Group, was one of the leaders who developed the Company into a well-established trading company until today. With his foresight leadership and well-selected team members, Mr. Adisorn is a fair and down-to-earth leader. His management style is opened and welcoming to all of the team members. He gives the highest respect to his staffs and allows them to execute their highest talent on every tasks. All of Italthai staffs are team-members and they are dedicated to develop the Company following Mr. Adisorn's vision.

The Economic crisis in 1983 and 1997 were tremendous corporate obstacles for Italthai Industrial Co., Ltd and it was a testament of proof on his leadership and foresight to carry on the Company to successfully overcome all crisis. Italthai Industrial Co., Ltd recovered from the financial crisis and become a stronger Company. Eventhough Mr. Adisorn has left our lives in peace but his basic believes and management culture are still integrated into every Italthai divisions. Through out 28 years of dedicated working life, Mr. Adisorn is the figure of hope and shared responsibilities among Italthai staffs.
