The Nonino family has devoted itself to the art of distillation since 1897. On 1st December 1973, Benito and Giannola Nonino revolutionized the method of producing. They created the single varietal Grappa, Monovitigno Nonino, by distilling the pomace of the Picolit grape on its own. The success was so great that Italian and foreign distillers felt compelled to follow the Nonino model. The Nonino distillery, unique in the world, owns 42 exclusive steam batch stills for the production of the inimitable Nonino distillate, respecting the tradition and the rhythms of true craftsmanship work. The Nonino Family personally take care of the purchase of the primary products and follow the various phases of distillation to guarantee the maximum quality of the distillate.
