ARPENÉ MALVOLTI, One family four generation over a century of tradition.
Antonio Carpené, famous enologist and chemical scientist, founded the Company in 1868. The name Carpené Malvolti has played a key role in the history of Sparkling Prosecco.it is a history made up of study and research, and of traditions passed on through four generations of great sparkling wine makers.
Carpené Malvolti has always maintained a close collaboration with its vine growing partners, considering them an integral part of the company and directly responsible for the essential quality of Carpené products.
Prosecco di Conegliano DOC Cuvée Brut
The Cuvée Prosecco di Conegliano DOC in the Brut version is the result of the selection of the harvested grapes collected in the higher hills of the DOC area. Being "brut" it exalts the noble aromas of green apple that is typical of this type of grape.
Notes to tasting Alcohol content (vol.) approx. 11% ca, depending on the year. Residual sugar: 11-12 g/l.
Suggested serving temperature: 6-8°. Colour: straw yellow with greenish hues. Nose: very delicate scent of green apple, rich in citrus fruit notes and a vegetable scent. Taste: soft. Aromatic with a freshly acid. Perlage: very fine ensuring the persistence of its taste.
Prosecco IGT Colli Trevigiani e Chardonnay IGT della Marca Trevigiana
The wine making excellence of CM has engendered the special cuvée Prosecco Chardonnay. The marriage of the fruity notes of the Prosecco and the body of the Chardonnay leads to a cuvée that exalts the qualities of the apple and honey aromas in an strong overall structure
Notes to tasting Alcohol content (vol.) approx. 11% ca, depending on the year. Residual sugar: 11 g/l. Suggested serving temperature: 6-8°. Colour: dull straw yellow. Nose: very fine with delicate fruity scents. Taste: fresh, delicate and dry. Perlage: very fine and continuous bubbles, lively and elegant.
